Easter 2023 - Kids Yoga Holiday Camp

Kids Love Yoga has Oak Street Scout Hut, Meersbrook for five full days of the  Easter Holidays 2023 to have fun with our Yogis! The Scout Hut has a wonderful outdoor area where the children will enjoy outdoor and indoor games and activities (if possible!), as well as some free play. Children will be placed together in groups to practise age appropriate engaging activities. The dates are listed below as tickets.

Ages 4-10* years old, £25 / child full day (9am-3.30pm)

Two of our wonderful Kids Love Yoga Instructors (qualified yoga instructors, DBS checked, first aid qualified) will support the children through a fun agenda as follows. The Camp will include a variety of fun and challenging yoga poses to help children build strength and flexibility, as well as calm their bodies and minds:

• Yoga & Mindfulness Games - outdoor and indoor
• Guided Relaxations with blankets (bring a teddy for younger children or own blanket for older ones)
• 'Feeling Good' Breathing Activities and Sequences
• Learning Simple Meditations
• Mindful Crafts
• Connecting with Nature
• Free Play!

*Children who are currently attending school.

Drop off between 9-9.30am, pick up between 3-3.30pm and bring a packed lunch (healthy snacks are also welcome). We hope to see your yogi(s) there!
