The below videos are FREE to use at your school and will help you to learn and understand the structure of a Shaping Healthy Minds Online Yoga Lesson. There are two full length videos, one for KS1 year groups and one for KS2 year groups.
You can use these as many times as you like with the children - our free gift to you as a school engaging with the Shaping Healthy Minds Online Community.
