Shaping Healthy Minds Online
A calm, practical wellbeing programme for primary schools

What is Shaping Healthy Minds Online?
Shaping Healthy Minds Online is a flexible yoga and emotional wellbeing programme designed to support children’s wellbeing within the realities of a busy primary school day.

The programme provides schools with progressive, structured yoga and mindfulness lessons that can be used within PE, PSHE, wellbeing provision, or calm moments across the week — without adding pressure to staff or timetables.

Developed by our primary school teachers and SEND specialists, Shaping Healthy Minds Online is rooted in classroom experience and designed to be delivered confidently by school staff, regardless of prior yoga experience.

Supporting children in calm, meaningful ways...
Schools use the programme to help children:

-
Feel calmer and more settled in their bodies
-
Make progress in learning yoga and wellbeing
-
Build emotional awareness and self-confidence
-
Learn simple strategies to manage big feelings
-
Experience movement that feels positive, inclusive and supportive
The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on helping children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
Shaping Healthy Minds Online is not a one-size-fits-all programme. Schools can:
-
Purchase access by individual year group
-
Choose options that reflect school size and budget
-
Use the lessons alongside existing PE or wellbeing provision
This allows schools to introduce the programme gradually and in a way that feels manageable, meaningful and sustainable.
