Where the school cancels the club

Where the school make the decision for the yoga club to not go ahead, examples being on school strike days, school closures due to adverse weather or other situations where the school isn’t able to operate as usual and therefore they make the decision to cancel, Kids Love Yoga will offer the following:

  • Where the school is closed, but the club can still go ahead, we will run the club as usual, but only with permission from the school.

  • Where the school is closed and the school is not able to allow the club to go ahead, the club will be cancelled.  Kids Love Yoga will not offer a refund to the school or parents in these circumstances.

  • Where the Yoga Club space isn’t available to use and the school is not able to allow the club to go ahead, the club will be cancelled.  Kids Love Yoga will not offer a refund to the school or parents in these circumstances.

Rearranging a club that has been cancelled by the school

  • Where possible, and with permission from the school, we will liaise with the school with the intention to arrange a replacement club to run in the same week as the cancelled session.

  • Please be aware that a replacement session will not always be possible to arrange due to Instructor commitments and availability and the availability of the school.

  • Kids Love Yoga will do everything we can to ensure the club can still operate, but if the decision to cancel is made by the school, this is out of our control.

Where Kids Love Yoga cancels the club

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be the rare occasion when Kids Love Yoga needs to cancel the yoga club.  We will always do our best to offer the club, such as during staff illnesses, where we always try to find a replacement Instructor to cover the club.  In the event that the club cannot go ahead, Kids Love Yoga will:

  • Provide a replacement session which will usually run on the same day and time but in the following half term and therefore parents will be asked to renew their place from week 2 in the proceeding half term.

  • Should this not be possible for some parents, Kids Love Yoga can refund the session, however this is only applicable where children cannot attend the replacement session.

  • Should the cancelled session fall in the Summer 2 half term, Kids Love Yoga will refund all parents for the cancelled session.
