Mindful Moments is a unique collection of short videos and A5 posters to equip you with quick and easy Yoga for your classrooms. These super short ‘brain breaks’ include Yoga flows and fun, calming breathing activities.
We're so excited to launch our new and improved 'Mindful Moments' this week, giving Primary School teachers everywhere the chance to share Yoga & Mindfulness with children in the classroom. Practise anytime, before, during or after classroom learning activities to help children release stress and increase concentration and focus for learning! What more could you ask for?!
It is scientifically proven that people (that includes children) who feel happy are more productive in their learning and feel more capable than if they're feeling down (tired, bored, distracted, wriggly).
There are two sets of videos (KS1 & KS2) with each categorised using 'Wake-Up', 'Focus' or 'Calm Down'.
There are also six videos and accompanying posters (pdf downloads) included.
Receiving a quick uplift using Yoga & Mindfulness activities (some as short as 1 minute) supports an improvement in mood which is more conducive for learning. Our short video clips will help to re-energise the children in your classroom, improve attention span and bring greater focus and calm.
